Schools and organizational administrators are responsible for the management, creation, and secure distribution of user accounts (teachers, parents, students). Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the SkoolSuite platform or help anyone else do so. You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service; however, SkoolSuite is provided on a "best effort" basis. We do not guarantee absolute system uptime and are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

5. Data Ownership

The School retains full ownership of all data inputted into the system. SkoolSuite acts solely as a data processor providing the software platform.

6. Fees and Billing

Fees are determined per individual school contracts and subscription tiers. Failure to maintain active payments may result in account suspension.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to meet payment obligations.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

SkoolSuite is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
