Why SkoolSuite exists
Walk into most schools in Uganda and you'll find the same thing: thick attendance registers, fee receipt books with carbon copies, and exam marks being copied by hand from one ledger to another. It works — until it doesn't. A book goes missing. A parent disputes a fee balance. Report cards are late because three teachers are still entering marks.
We built SkoolSuite to fix that. Not with a complicated enterprise system, but with a straightforward tool that school administrators, teachers, and bursars can actually use day-to-day. Something that feels simple on the surface but handles the messy reality underneath — sibling fee splits, multi-stream attendance, marks approval workflows, and term-by-term reporting.
Every feature we build starts with the same test: does this save a real school real time? If it doesn't, we don't ship it.
